The Laboratory of Turbine Flow Aerodynamics is the cutting-edge facility of its kind in the world and is used for testing turbine prototypes as well as demonstrators of technologies for new generation aircraft engines. It was initiated by representatives of Polish science (Military University of Technology and Warsaw University of Technology) and aviation industry – Avio Aero and Military Wojskowe Zakłady Lotnicze Nr 4 S.A.
